1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pingllo ("the Service") at pingllo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered account holders.

2. Description of Service

Pingllo is a browser-based API testing tool that allows developers to send HTTP requests, inspect responses, save collections, and generate documentation. The core tool is available without registration. Account creation unlocks additional features such as saving collections and syncing across devices.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without their consent.
  • You must notify us immediately at legal@pingllo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pingllo to:

  • Send requests to APIs or services without authorization from the owners of those services.
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks, brute-force attacks, or any automated abuse.
  • Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any API collections, requests, or data you save in Pingllo ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not share, sell, or use Your Content for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not contain sensitive credentials, private keys, or personal data of third parties. Pingllo is a developer tool — treat it like any other networked application.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, trademarks, logos, and content that make up Pingllo (excluding Your Content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep Pingllo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINGLLO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $10 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pingllo and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

Pingllo may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
